Does the other person need to install an app?

No. iPhones since the XS and the vast majority of Android phones read NFC natively. For the others, the QR code on the back opens the same profile.

How do I update my details?

From your TACT account, on phone or computer. Change your number, photo or links, and the card shows the new version right away.

Does the card need a battery?

No. The NFC chip is powered by the phone that reads it. It works for years, with no charging.

How do I pay?

In cash, on delivery. Card payment is coming soon. Businesses can also pay by bank transfer against an invoice.

How long does delivery take?

48 to 72 h in Casablanca and Rabat, 3 to 5 business days elsewhere in Morocco. Orders of more than 50 cards are delivered within 10 days.

What if I lose my card?

Deactivate it in one click from your account. Your profile stays intact, and a new card can be linked to the same profile.
